So Jinkee Pacquiao changed her statement about taking the pills. This wouldn’t have been a big issue but since the Philippines is glued to the debates and the public personalities’ stand on the issue, changing your mind from one choice to another will surely create a buzz.
Earlier this year, January 30,2011 to be exact, the beautiful wife of the Philippines’ Pambansang Kamao, Congressman Manny Pacquiao, gave an interview to the Philippine Star detailing her beauty regimen and how she maintains her body. In that interview she said that if she is given the choice she prefers to have only four kids. In fact, she also admitted that she is currently (interview was released on January 2011) taking the pill to avoid getting pregnant.
Now that Congressman Pacquiao has thrown his weight to the RH Bill issue taking the side of not wanting the RH Bill passed, Jinkee said in another recent interview that the pill issue was before. She said that her husband didn’t know that she was on the pill. Jinkee added that if she had known that Manny was against contraceptives such as the pill, she wouldn’t have used it at all.
Those who are in favor of the passage of the RH Bill has called the power couple “hypocrites” because of the way Jinkee changed her mind about the issue. According to them, it is impossible for her husband not to know that she is on the pill and she did admit about using it only a few months ago. But just like a dutiful wife, Jinkee will do whatever Manny tells her to do.
